Iced Coffee with chocolate - Iced Mocha

For the not so passionate coffee drinkers (this is a compromise, you do realize), and the coffee lovers who love chocolate ,you can enjoy an Iced Mocha. Once you have your iced coffee mix ready, made to your choice and with your favourite coffee beans, you can then make an Iced Mocha. 1.    Using chilled chocolate syrup, any good quality brand seems to do, swirl it around a tall glass so that it covers the sides of the glass. It is a personal preference on the amount of chocolate syrup you would use. 2.    Pour in the iced coffee mixture, once again the amount you use will depend on how much you want to taste the coffee. 3.    Add 1 scoop of level vanilla ice cream. We have noticed that if the quality of your iced coffee mix is superb, any type of vanilla ice cream will suffice. 4.    Add your milk to just below the lip of the glass. 5.    Top with whipped cream, if desired. 6.    Chocolate sprinkles added on top. To add a different twist and flavour, try adding a flavoured coffee syrup, like hazelnut, caramel or irish cream. You could even add these flavourings to your iced coffee and that would definitely tantalise your taste buds in different ways. Iced coffee mix is very versatile and can be used in many ways. One of my favourite desserts, is to pour some ice coffee mix over two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Grate some good quality mint chocolate over it, decorate with a mint stick and a fresh mint leaf. Challenge your taste buds and imagination creating amazing coffee sensations and tastes.
