Pizza Dip Recipe,Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe

Pizza Dip Recipe Ingredients: 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup Pizza sauce 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped 1/4 cup onions, chopped 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped 1 cup mozzarella Cheese, shredded Method: 1.Preheat oven to 350F. 2.Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and garlic powder. 3.Spread the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. 4.Pour the pizzaÒ  sauce on top of the cheese mixture. 5.Top with the pepperoni, onions and green peppers. 6.Bake for 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with bread sticks or crackers. Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk 1 cup whipping cream 5 large egg yolks 6 tablespoons sugar 4 ounces bittersweet, not unsweetened or semisweet chocolate, chopped 5 tablespoons Frangelica, hazelnut liqueur 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 1/2 pint baskets raspberries, about 5 cups Method: 1.Combine milk and cream in heavy medium saucepan. 2.Bring to simmer. Whisk yolks and sugar in medium bowl to blend well. 3.Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture. Return mixture to saucepan. 4.Stir over medium low heat until custard thickens and leaves path on back of spoon when finger is drawn across, about 5 minutes, do not boil. 5.Remove from heat. Add chocolate; whisk until melted and smooth. 6.Whisk in Frangelica and vanilla. 7.Strain custard into medium bowl. Cover; chill at least 4 hours. Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Keep refrigerated. Divide crÓ¨me anglaise among 8 dessert glasses. Top with raspberries. Makes 8 servings.
