Tasty Things To Make With Coffee

For coffee lovers there are more you can do with coffee than simply an ordinary cup of coffee. Granted, an ordinary cup of coffee is a lifesaver most of the time, but sometimes you want to enjoy some luxury coffee when you are relaxing. As summer is going to be here again, some time! I thought I"ll give you a few cold coffee options. Let"s start with an iced coffee. The first thing you need to make for iced coffee is coffee that is double strength and very sweet. To do this you will have to use about 3 cups of water, 1 cup of ground coffee beans and sweeten it with 2/3 cup of sugar. Now you use this syrup to make your iced coffee. You add two tablespoons of this syrup to a glass of ice cold milk and stir. Of, course there are many variations to make the coffee even better. You can add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup to the mixture, you can sprinkle cinnamon over it or you can add whipped cream for the ultimate treat! It is also possible to use this extract in a tasty smoothie. Add the same amount of extract to a glass of milk in your blender and add a scoop of ice cream and blend. I know; heaven! For even more taste you can also add a chopped and frozen banana. Another form of iced coffee is to add some cloves and nutmeg to the coffee while it is still very hot. Let it cool off and strain. Sweeten it to taste with castor sugar and pour over ice in tall glasses. Whip some cream and spoon on top and sprinkle with some nutmeg to decorate. A mocha shake can be made by using 4 cups of very cold milk, strong black coffee, about six tablespoons and about six table spoons of chocolate syrup. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend. Well, I think this shows you how much more there is you can do with the extract you made above. Keep on enjoying your coffee right through the hot summer.
